Privacy policy

• Your name, email address and password (stored encrypted by our login provider).
• Your country, golf club, official handicap and League Handicap.
• Your handicap certificate and signed scorecard photographs.
• Payment records for your £20 season entry: amount, date and the reference from our card processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Your submitted rounds: date, course, tee and Stableford points.

To verify that entries are genuine, to check scorecards, to rank the leaderboard, to calculate the prize pot, and to contact you about your entry or the season.

The public leaderboard shows your name, country, golf club, League Handicap and your best-eight total. Your email address, certificate, scorecards and payment details are never shown publicly — only the league organiser can view them.

Account data and rounds are held in a secure hosted database with access rules that restrict every record to you and the organiser. Certificates and scorecards are kept in private storage that cannot be browsed publicly. Card payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy terms.

Your account and past season totals are kept while your account is open, so you can see your history. Certificates and scorecards are kept for the season they relate to plus twelve months, in case a result is queried. Payment records are kept for six years for accounting.

You can view and change your own details on your dashboard at any time. You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, or ask us to delete your account and data, by emailing the organiser. Deleting your account removes you from the leaderboard.

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to complete a payment. There is no advertising or third-party tracking.
